Sometimes you want to sleep all the time to get away from how you feel, other times you can’t sleep even when you feel physically exhausted. You eat more, you eat less. You feel like you are falling down an endless pit and you wish you would just hit the bottom so you could start to feel better. But worst of all...you feel like there is no one that can help you, no one safe you can talk to.
